faint lines around pics in shapes

My pages look good in Design Page, but in Preview some of the pictures placed inside shapes have a faint dotted square around them. How do I get rid of that?

Hi Trish! I believe you may be talking about a “Preview Error”. The best way to see the page would be to request a .pdf proof. When you go to your Ladder, click “Preview Book”, and then underneath the flip book, there is a spot to put in your e-mail and request a .pdf proof. It will email you the .pdf in about 20-30 minutes.

Thanks for reply, however the lines also appear on the pdf even after redoing page and getting a new pdf.
