How to Add a Student:
If you have already flown your students and realize you need to add one more to a page, instead of having to reflow, here's a quick tip on adding an extra student.
Select the Frame:

Select the picture frame, hold shift, click on the name box, right-click to open the options menu, and select Copy Frames.
Then, you can select Paste Frames, which will give you a copy.

Next, you'll need to retag the frames, this you'll need to do the image and name box separately.
To retag, right-click to open the options menu and select Properties. In the Properties menu, you will see the frame stage and position.

Check if the name is on the name tag, and the same goes for photo frames. It will have the previous number you copied, so insert the following available number for the frame. Repeat this process for any additional frames.
Once you're done retagging, your students will either appear automatically or, if they do not, select the People tab at the top menu and choose Refresh People Frames.

Edit Flown Students in the Quick Menu:
You can customize your people page fonts and colors in the Quick Menu on the right side of our designer.
To edit an individual student, select Edit Person.

In the Edit Person Menu, you can correct any incorrect spelling, name preference, and font size. For example, if a student's name box is flagged as 'Text in Overflow, this means part of their name is cutoff and not visible on the page. To correct this you can make the font size for their name smaller

In the People Styles feature, you can change the font, color, and size of text boxes. You can also change the alignment of the text to your preferred format.

The feature also lets you apply it to the names in the group, or you can select for them to be altered to all flown names in the yearbook.
