Cropping & Clipping
Cropping and clipping both help bring the desired subject matter into the main focus of an image. Cropping zooms in on the subject, bringing it forward and making it more prominent within the layout. Clipping, on the other hand, removes or includes specific elements to better highlight the subject and help it stand out on a page or spread.
Photo Menu Features:
When designing your yearbook, it's essential to ensure your photos look their best in the layout and that no student gets cut off. This article will also help you remove backgrounds and adjust your pictures for the perfect fit.

Advanced Photo Menu:
Flip - photo can shift horizontally or vertically
Fit - your photo will be set to proportional outside, but there is also manual(can scale and shift), stretch, and proportional.

Manual setting
When the setting is changed to manual, the photograph becomes unlinked from the photo frame. This allows the image to be independently scaled and repositioned, making it easier to adjust the composition and bring the subject matter into the main focus.

How to Crop a Photo:
Click on the photo you want to clip and select the Crop button in the Quick Menu
