Is it possible to duplicate a page?
Basically I want to keep the same template I created but change the picture and text – this way the sizes of the images, shapes, and text remain the same.

Yes, you can save a page as a template, and place it on another page. If you click on the arrow drop down next to the save button. There is an option to “Save as Template”. You can choose to save the spread or a single page. Then once you save the page, the template will be available under Templates > “Custom Templates”.
