Am I not able to upload photos that are .HEIC?
we found we had to convert them to .jps. No expert but it seems they come from iphones. There are a bunch of free coverts out there.
Hello! Sorry for the delayed response, but you can upload HEIC files directly to the Manage Photos section of the website, they will be converted to JPEG automatically for you during the upload process. Thanks!
I am having the same struggle. Most of my HEIC files are not showing up to be able to upload.
