Hello, everyone. I am a first-year Yearbook Advisor. Yearbook was moved to a single semester class (which I’ll be changing next year for sure) and I had a question about coverage reports. I know that Jostens has a way to track how many times any student appears in the yearbook. Does Entourage have any tools like this? For example, with Jostens, I could conceivably print out a report each week that tracks the number of times each student appears in completed pages. That way, I can ensure that all students are evenly covered in the yearbook. Does Entourage have a tool like this?
Hello Alicia,
Entourage does have a similar tool. We call it “photo tagging”. If you upload your people page data, the students names will all be listed. Then when your in Manage Photos (or the designer) and click on info on a specific photo, you can tag the students in the photo, once you start typing their name it will auto generate the names from your index file.
Then once the photos are tagged go to Design > Create Directory.
This will show you a chart of tagged photos versus students. If you click on the numbers you will get a list of all the students tagged and placed and what pages they are placed on.
