Hi Chelsey! While on your ladder, you will find the page’s information to the left or right of the display. Next to “Status” click “PLACED”. From there, there are multiple options to lock the page from the dropdown menu. Choose how you would like to lock the page, and the click the blue “Update” button.
There are a couple different options:
If you just want to share the link in one or two other people for approval you can click on MANAGE LADDER > PREVIEW BOOK > Then copy the link from below the flip book.
Another option, is to have your students have access to the e-yearbook with a code they will receive when they purchase a physical book in our online store. You can set this up in MANAGE YEARBOOK SALES > SETUP ONLINE SALES
