First, double check to make sure that the ads have been approved. Then, when you go to the “Insert Ad” menu, make sure that the drop down menu at the top is selected as “Approved and Paid”. From there, you should be able to see all ads that have been approved and you should be able to insert the ads into pages.
Hi Trish! I believe you may be talking about a “Preview Error”. The best way to see the page would be to request a .pdf proof. When you go to your Ladder, click “Preview Book”, and then underneath the flip book, there is a spot to put in your e-mail and request a .pdf proof. It will email you the .pdf in about 20-30 minutes.
Hi Angelina! Be sure to select the background so that you see the red lines framing it. Then, click on “Frame” in the upper right menu, then click “Transform”, and then click “Opacity”. From there, you can either move the slider to the opacity you would like, or change the number value in the box above the slider.
