Hi Liz, It is possible you might need to reset the people pages first by going to the People Tab in EDOnline and choosing the option to “clear left/right people”. But if that doesn’t help, please reach out to our support team so we can help troubleshoot the issue with you. 888-926-6571 Thanks!

in reply to: HEIC photoHi Kelli, you can find our people pages templates under Step 2 of the Manage People Pages. In EDOnline, you can access this page by going to the People dropdown menu above your page. Choose “Make People Pages” and go to Step 2. Choose the template and Build on page. in reply to: Faculty TemplatesHi Brent, you can flow teachers and staff together if they are part of the same group in the people pages, just like with classes. Then you can use any template in our library or make your own using the Auto-grid tool in EDOnline, under Actions.

It is possible that the text box could be locked or may have been accidentally assigned to the background.

From your account website, you can access the invoices under Manage Invoices and there is an option to download it as a PDF that you can print on your end. Does that help?
