1. Yes you can upload pages as PDFs and place them into the EDOnline designer as finished pages.

If you go to the DESIGN tab > EDOnline – Create Directory. Then once your on that page, click the “Check Book” button to have our system run through and check the pages for tagged photos. Once that completes, you can click on Total students, this will bring you to a page that shows your tags and the number of tags and the pages those tags exist.in reply to: report of count by tagHello,
You should be able to use the Japanese language template, in combination with the regular template. We would have to change all the text boxes to the font that supports Japanese characters, then copy and paste the text into the highlighted text box.in reply to: Japanese Text EntryHello,
You would use the save as template feature to duplicate a template on to another page. Next to the SAVE button there is a arrow, this drop down will have the option “Save as template”. You can choose to save the right page, left page, or full spread. Then once you save the template you can access the template from the Templates insert menu, then by clicking on My Templates.

You can mirror backgrounds. If you select the background frame then go to the Frame tab at the top > transform >Flip Horizontal.

Sorry that video might be a little dated. We have updated it so sub folders can be imported. Try moving the photos to a specific sub folder, then searching that sub folder in the import page, that should help.

You can edit the teacher name in the Quick Menu. The People page names are edited from the Quick Menu, so if you edit a name the people will reflow to keep the alphabetical order.in reply to: Edit Teacher Name
