Overview:
Sharing your yearbook preview allows others — such as administrators, teachers, or committee members — to review your book before it’s finalized. This is a great way to gather feedback and ensure everything looks perfect before approving for production.

Steps:

1. Open Your Project:
Go to your yearbook dashboard and open your current project in EDONext. Manage>Manage Ladder

2. Access the Preview Book:
Click on the Preview button at the top left of the screen. This opens a high-resolution, flipbook-style view of your yearbook.
 

3. Generate a Share Link:

You can generate New PDF preview too. 

To generate a PDF preview of your book, enter your email address below. We will send you a link to the PDF once it has been generated.
NOTE: New PDF previews will overwrite existing PDF previews. If you would like to save old versions of your yearbook, please save a copy of the PDF sent to your email before requesting a new PDF.

4. A unique preview URL will be generated.

This link can be shared with others to view the book online.
