Today we deployed a new version of EDOnline. We have been on EDO 9.0 for 2 years working out all the finer details. We decided to move up to version 9.5 because of a new user interface and some exciting new features. The first thing you will notice is the new Insert Menu.

We updated the icons style to be a better representation of the items. We also changed ‘Clipart’ to ‘Elements’. This is an update that corresponds with our deployment of Entourage Edge. Entourage Edge is a creative platform for yearbook teams to collaborate in designing the best next-generation content for yearbooks. We design and collect the best clip art, stock photos, fonts, and templates for the yearbook building community. We are in the process of fully integrating Entourage Edge’s assets with EDOnline, so keep a look out for more updates to come.

Another change was to the categories within the insert menus themselves. We made searching through our library easier. You can now search by tag and color, and the categories have small previews of what’s included in them before you open each category.

The secondary change is that we are integrated with Pixabay (https://pixabay.com/), which is a library of over 2 million+ high quality stock images, videos and music shared by our talented community. This will allow you to do any search in EDOnline and get results, making our couple thousand resource library expedientially bigger. All of the Pixabay images will appear after the Entourage Library, and will be notated by the Pixabay icon in the top left corner.
