Upload Other Content (like PDF’s)

In addition to photos, you can upload other content to your yearbook account such as PDFs, documents and videos. If you have multiple files over 50 mb, and your internet connection is not strong, then you may want to use our HighTail dropbox. Please note that only PDF’s can be placed directly into the yearbook ladder. Videos may be embedded using QR codes, and data files may be used for People Pages.

  • Go to the Upload tab in your main account dashboard and select Upload Pages & Other Content.
  • Click the Choose Files button to browse your computer for your file, or drag and drop the file from your folder to the Choose files to upload field.
  • Select the Content Type from the following options: (This helps to identify your content and to better organize the uploads.)
    • Cover design
    • Page content
    • Book Proof
    • Image/Clip Art
    • Documents
    • School Logo
    • Other Type of Content
  • Select the Content Context from the following options:
    • General
    • Cover
    • Category
  • Enter any additional descriptions to the Comments & Notes section.
  • Click Upload File.
  • Once your upload is complete, you can click on the provided link to see a preview of your upload.

Manage Uploads & Other Content

From the Manage tab, select Manage Uploads . You will be directed to your uploaded PDFs and other files. You can view All File Types or click on a category to view those particular files. You can select one or more files by checking the box by the file name, then perform an action such as download to your computer or delete.

Category Types: Content, Cover, Document, Image, InDesign, Logo, Other, Pages, Proof, Student Data, Video

PDFs: Placing them into your book

When you are designing your project on the EDOnline Designer, you can place your PDFs by accessing the list from the side toolbar

From this menu, you can click and place the PDF on the page that you would like. You can even upload more PDFs from this menu for quick access!

    We are using a GoPro to record videos, but they don’t seem to be working with this program. I’ve uploaded 2 videos, but when they are in Entourage nothing happens…?!
