Setting Up Online Sales with Entourage

You can set up your account to sell your yearbooks via Entourage’s secure online yearbook store. Your books will be sold through link.entourageyearbooks.com . Our link stores are a easy way for your school community to easily purchase a yearbook.

1. Go to the Manage tab on your main account dashboard, and select Manage Yearbook Sales from the drop-down menu.

2. Once in the Manage Yearbooks Sales screen, click on Set up Online Sales, to begin setting up your online store.

3. Turn on online yearbook sales for your account by clicking on the drop-down menu next to ‘Would you like to turn on online sales for *NAME OF PROJECT*?’ and changing ‘No’ to ‘Yes’.

4. Once you turn on your Online Sales, you will be required to fill out your Online Sales Options. These fields allow you to control the store settings for your yearbook sales.

  • How much would you like to sell your yearbook for?
  • What is the purchase deadline for this yearbook? In this field, enter the last day you would like your books to be available for online sales. We suggest closing your online sales at least one day before final approval, so you know how many books to order. If you do not change the default value, the deadline will auto-populate your final approval deadline date.
  • Would you like to set up tier pricing with multiple deadlines for your online sales? This field lets you choose if you want to set up different pricing for different times in the year. If you choose to enable this, you may put in up to 3 books prices and 3 different deadlines.
  • Book Inventory. This field lets you put a limit on the number of books that you want to sell online.
  • What shipping options are available for your yearbook? Individual shipping is an upgrade. If you would like to ship your books individually, please contact your sales rep.
  • What yearbook upgrades are available?
  • Fill in a description of your product. This will be the item description that customers see in the online store.
  • Any additional required information?
  • Choose Your Product Icon. This image will display on your online store. You can pick one of our default images, or upload your own!
  • Announce Yearbook Sales. This option allows you to add a yearbook link to your school’s website and email templates you can send to your school community. Just click on the “Click here to see how” button and follow the instructions provided.
  • Allow Post Approval Yearbook Sales. This option will allow you to sell more yearbooks at a higher price after you have submitted it for production.
  • Allow FREE e-Yearbook Add-On. This will give access to the e-yearbook version of your book on the LINK Yearbooks website. To know more about the e-Yearbook Add-On, click here

5. Once you have filled everything out, click Save. Your LiNK website store should be up and running now! To check this, you can go to link.entourageyearbooks.com and search by the name of your school.
