Here are the Steps to Create and Purchase Marketing Materials
1. Click on the REQUEST tab in your main account dashboard and select Marketing Materials from the menu that appears.
2. Create a coupon code for free design materials! Did you know that most can get marketing materials for free? Just pay the for shipping*. Each account is awarded a certain number of design points at the beginning of the year. These can be used for posters or order forms (also proof books and design reviews).

The coupon code will automatically apply to your order so you don’t have to save anything when it comes time to check out. If you would like to save your design points and pay for the marketing materials, you can do so.

3. Choose to either start designing order forms, or posters. If you choose to design an order form, but would still like posters, you will be able to do so before checking out.
4. You will be redirected to our LINK site where you can design your marketing materials. Click on the blue “Design” button to start. NOTE: Your coupon code will be shown in red above the button. You do not have to remember this code, it will automatically be applied to the cart.
5. Choose what template you would like to use for your marketing material. We offer a list of pre-designed marketing materials which you can edit to fit your needs. If you want to make marketing material from scratch, you can click the X in the upper right-hand corner of the menu and work from a blank page.
6. To upload photos, click on the Insert Photo button on the left side of the page. Navigate to the “Upload” tab to upload new images or PDF files. You also have access to all your photos that you may have already uploaded to your yearbook project under the “photos” tab.
7. Edit the text in the templates to fit what your school is doing. The common fields are “school name, year, order by date, cost of the book, and contact info.” You can remove unwanted text boxes by clicking on the text box and then clicking “delete” on your keyboard. You can add text by clicking on the “Insert Text‘ field on the left-hand menu.
8. Once you are happy with the design, click the green SAVE button on the left of the screen, then click the green “Continue & Review” button on the right.
9. Review your marketing material. If everything looks good to you then type out your name in the section titled “Your Name“. Under that, select the box that says: “I approve the design of these Marketing Materials. I understand these marketing materials will appear as displayed here.” Once that is checked off, you can click the green “Purchase This” icon. If you need some more time editing, then click the red “Edit This Some More” icon.
10. Your posters and/or order forms should now be added to your cart! If you need to make more marketing materials, at the bottom of your screen you should see the option to buy posters or order forms. If you are ready to check out click the green “Checkout” button.
NOTE if you made a coupon code, you should see it applied and your total amount should be 0.
11. When you are ready to check out, fill out your billing information. This address is also used as the shipping address. If you would like your marketing to be shipped to another address, choose “No” and fill out the address fields. NOTE: The email you use here is also the email your order confirmation will be sent to.
12. Enter your credit card information. If your marketing material is free, your card will not be charged. Review your order and shipping address, then click the blue Pay button. You should receive a confirmation email shortly after.
