How To Set Up Your Dynamic Cover

Dynamic covers are a great way to personalize yearbooks for your students. This upgrade provides them the option to purchase yearbooks with their names and portraits printed in the cover! To set up a dynamic cover upgrade on your account, make sure to speak with your sales representative or account manager so they can enable the upgrade on your account.

When you have the dynamic cover upgrade added to your account, the next thing you need to do is to make sure that you have the PSPA index supplied to you by your photographer, and the professional student portraits uploaded into the people page manager. If you’re unsure how to do that, please take a look at our people page video or click here to read more.

Once you’re sure that all of the student information and professional portraits are uploaded, you can turn on the sale of your dynamic covers. To start, go to MANAGE, then Manage Yearbook Sales.

Scroll down and click the Setup Online Sales button.

Under BOOK SALES, the first option is to turn on online sales for your account. Click the drop down to select Yes – Sell Books Online! After which, you can set up the pricing and deadlines for your book.

Scroll down to the Yearbook Upgrades section of the form then enable the Personalized Cover Upgrade. Please keep in mind that you can only have one type of personalization on your cover.
Once you’ve checked that off, scroll down to the bottom and hit SAVE.
