S.P.A. – Special Project Assistance

Sit Back, Relax, Let S.P.A. Design Your Book

If you’re limited in time and/or don’t have an adequate yearbook team to assist in the process, our SPA or Special Project Assistance team are here to help and put your yearbook together for you.

It would be best suited for a customer who needs assistance in building or completing the design element of their yearbook. It is also convenient for customers who are having trouble with themes or layouts.

SPA can do: custom themes, custom covers, custom templates, full or partial book building, people page setup and flow, template placing, custom clipart, photo uploading, photo placing, collage pages, etc.(Advisor is responsible for checking all spelling, student names/photos, and final book review)

Here’s how you get started

1. Your account gets recommended for SPA by either the Senior Account Manager or Sales Representative.

2. The SPA account manager will send the advisor a getting started/introduction into SPA email. This is also to make sure that the advisor knows that this is a paid service and will include any discounts/promotions they are eligible for.

3. The advisor will fill out the SPA form. Click here for more details.

4. The SPA account manager reviews the google form once submitted and will reach out to plan an initial meeting with the customer to discuss in more detail for their theme, layout, and support that they need.

5. After the first meeting, the advisor will be emailed a Docu-sign form that goes over the details of the account, the timeline of the project, SPA pricing, and PDF review dates. This must be completed before any work can begin on the account.

6. When the document is signed, the SPA account manager will begin working on the project, such as uploading photos, inserting templates, cover design etc.

7. The SPA account manager will be active in correspondence with the advisor throughout the entire process and will notify the customer of SPA hours used.

8. When the book is completed, the SPA account manager will send a PDF of the book to the advisor for review. The advisor will let them know of any edits to be made before approving. And if edits are needed, a new PDF will be sent.

9. Advisor will now approve the book for Production. A meeting can be scheduled to walk the advisor through the process.

10. Account will then go through production.
