We’ve added 2 additional shipping features to our website!

Feature #1 – Offering Ship To Home for LINK Users

This feature allows link users to update orders from SHIP TO SCHOOL to INDIVIDUAL SHIPPING without the necessity to contact the advisor or Entourage.

Once the feature is applied to your account by your Sales Representative, LINK users need only login into their LINK account, click the View Account menu item on the left side of the page, and find their previous order.

The order will display with all the details, including a button labeled “Buy Ship To Home”

Users can click the button and follow the same checkout steps as they did for their book purchase. Once completed, the book order will appear updated in the View Account page to the new INDIVIDUAL SHIPPING ship method.

Feature #2 – Offering Both Ship To Home and Ship To School to LINK Users

This feature gives advisors the ability to let LINK Users choose if they would like to ship to school or ship to home.

Once the feature is added to your account by your Sales Representative, you can turn on this option in the Setup Online Sales page. The option will be available under the 5th item of the Set Up Online Sales page, labeled as Ship to school OR individual shipping to students.

Then save your online sales setup to confirm this option.

Once set up, LINK users will then checkout with their purchase as normal, with both options available for them to choose.

Feature #3 – Adding Delivery Fee for Ship to Home AFTER Orders Were Already Placed

This feature allows your school to not be charged the individual shipping fee, even if feature was turned on after orders were placed.

This option is perfect for those who already have orders placed and will be having individuals go online to edit their shipping information. Otherwise, schools will be charged the missing fees for each ship to home order placed without the delivery fees paid.

To add this feature, your Sales Representative will need to make an additional upgrade to your account. You must notify them directly to make this change.
