Individual Shipping information

Schools that want to shift from a ship-to-school to a ship-to-home option will have a hard time getting addresses for everyone. That’s why Entourage Yearbooks will automatically track your yearbook orders for you! Tell your Sales Representative that you would like a ship-to-home option, and we will begin tracking your online orders as they are being placed. Once this is enabled, our online store will also display our new shipping rates for the ship-to-home option, listed below.

Individual Shipping rates:

  • $8.95 per book for the first book and $3 for each additional book.

After individual shipping is enabled, those who place an order will only be able to select ship-to-home delivery and no additional books will be able to be shipped to the school location. This means that if your school is closed and that address is provided, Entourage will be unable to deliver your yearbooks.

If the order was placed BEFORE individual shipping was enabled, those books will be delivered to the address provided when you submit your project for production. If those who submitted orders before the ship-to-home option was available would like to have their order on your individual shipping list, they must be added to the Excel spreadsheet (instructions listed below).

To utilize this ship-to-home option, you MUST notify your Sales Representative so that your yearbook account is marked accordingly and orders can be processed correctly.

To find who your Sales Representative is, log into your current yearbook account and select the Manage tab at the top right of your home page.

Under the drop down menu, select Manage Account to view the details of your yearbook. account.

Scroll to the middle of the page to the box with Your Entourage Team. Your Sales Representative will be the middle contact listed within the box.

Where do I add the option for online sales?

If you are utilizing the ship-to-home option, you will need your school to be available on the LiNK store. Our LiNK store has customizable options so that your community can easily search and shop for your yearbook online.

Access your LiNK settings by selecting the Manage tab at the top left of your home page after logging into your current yearbook account. Under the drop down menu, select Manage LINK.

Scroll to the Online Store section of the set up box.

From there, Click the CONFIGURE button beside Configure Yearbook Sales. Select Individual shipping to students in the shipping option.

Here is where you can also change the price of the yearbook, add tiered pricing, deadlines, or set up any other options you may need.

Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save to make these options available for everyone on your LiNK store.

How can I manually track orders that were missed?

You can download Entourage’s approved Excel spreadsheet below to start inputting any addresses. This is only needed to be done for orders that were placed BEFORE your Sales Representative

turned on the ship-to-home option for your online yearbook store or any in-school sales received.

You can also copy the following fields into your own Excel or Google Sheet, but all files provided must be in a CSV format.

Once your list is provided to Entourage, we can simply upload and cross-reference the information to ensure that each yearbook order placed has an individuals address to match.
