Can I, as the advisor, cancel a parent’s order?
A: Yes, you are able to void a parent’s order.
To do this:
- Go to the Sell tab.
- Click Setup Link.
- Select Track Yearbook Sales.
- Click on the specific Order #.
This will bring up the order details screen.
Click "Void" this will automatically notify the Billing Department and generate a support ticket for them to process the cancellation.
