Can I, as the advisor, cancel a parent’s order?

A: Yes, you are able to void a parent’s order.

To do this:

  • Go to the Sell tab.
  • Click Setup Link.
  • Select Track Yearbook Sales.
  • Click on the specific Order #.

This will bring up the order details screen.
Click "Void" this will automatically notify the Billing Department and generate a support ticket for them to process the cancellation.
