If you are the advisor, you can cancel the order made by a parent or a student and they will eventually be refunded. Here's how:

Go to Sell, select Manage Yearbook Sales and click Track Yearbook Sales

Find the order, click on the number

In the pop up, click Void

Once you click Void Order, a ticket will be automatically created for our billing team to refund the order.
