How Do I Manage My Hundreds of Photos Efficiently?

To keep your photo library organized and easy to use, we recommend setting up categories and subcategories before uploading. Under MANAGE PHOTOS, you can:

Create Categories – Group your photos by main sections (e.g., Events, Sports, Class Photos).

Add Subcategories – Further organize within each category (e.g., under Sports: Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball). *Note: when making subcategories, don't forget to select the Parent Category by choosing from the drop down list

Upload Directly to Folders – Place your photos into the correct folder as you upload them.

Use Categories While Designing – This makes it much easier to locate and place photos when working on your spreads.
