Yes you can! 

After successfully ordering your book you will receive an email "Create Personalized Pages For Your Yearbook!" Below is an example of what the email looks like.  

Just click the blue button to go to the LiNK store and you'll see your personalized book for you to start or continue designing. 

You can also see your on in progress designs by clicking My Started Design >> Edit as shown below.

Just a reminder, please do not forget to finish your personalized pages before the indicated deadline in the email. See below example.
