My students keep getting a grey screen when they try to work on a page. What do I need to have them do?

I am sorry to hear your students are getting a grey screen. Is this when they are inside the EDOnline designer? Can they still see the tools around the outside of the page?
This could either mean the designer is being blocked by a school firewall?

or the pages are locked and in use by another user.

We are also experiencing this issue on our Chromebooks. We get a grey screen when attempting to edit the page, however this is ONLY happening on the Chrome devices. Windows/MacOS can access the editor just fine. We have verified that the minimum specs are met, we have allowed all suggested URLs through our firewall, cleared out Chrome cache.

I would definitely give our tech support team a call so we can do a screen share and see why the chrome books are not able to load the designer.
