Hint # 2: Check Your Deadline & Delivery Date
When working on your yearbook, it is important to keep tabs on your deadlines to ensure you complete your project on time and receive it on your desired delivery date. You should always check your deadlines and delivery date when starting your project and share this information with your team to keep everyone on track.
How to Check Deadlines:
- Go to the Manage tab and select Manage Deadlines.

2. View your deadlines for marketing materials, proof books, cover submission, final approval and delivery date to ensure all deadlines are correct.
3. If you need to adjust your deadlines, contact your account manager or reach out to our tech support line. It is important to note that changing your final approval deadline will change your delivery date.
What the 6 Major Deadlines Mean:
1. Marketing Materials End Date
- This is the last day to order your FREE printed marketing materials to help sell your yearbook including posters and order forms.
- Please note all marketing materials submissions are required by March 1st to be printed.

2. First Submission, and Second Submission
- These are soft deadlines where you can order a printed proof book of your book. If you need one of these deadlines extended please check with your account manager

3. Cover Submission
- This deadline is important if you have a Hard cover book with an upgrades including: Foil, die cut, in-lay, etc. If you do not have upgrades your book will not be delayed for missing the cover approval deadline.

4. Final Submission
- This is your final day to order a printed proof book before having to submit your yearbook for production.
5. Final Approval
- This is your MOST important deadline. This is the date you MUST approve your book by in order to hit your delivery date.

6. Delivery Date
- This is the date your books will arrive. If you would like to change this date, it will change all of your other deadlines.
- Be sure to check this deadline first to ensure you are working with correct deadlines for when you need to receive your books.
