Hint of the Week #6 How to Save a Custom Template
How to Save a Custom Template:
Table of Contents
Creating a custom template and using it throughout your yearbook saves time and eliminates the need to build each page from scratch. Our designer, EDONext, allows you to save templates for reuse without having to copy and paste the layout each time.
How to Save Custom Template:
Go to the Save Button in the top menu

Click on the arrow and select Save as Template
Choose if you want to save one or both pages and select the type of template
Click Save as Template

You can find your custom templates under My Templates & Pages

This can help you match fonts, header styles, and formatting across class and collage pages for a more cohesive look and save you hours of editing the same templates over and over again.
How to Find Premade Templates
If you don't know how to start or are new to yearbooks and want to explore your options, Entourage offers premade templates to help you create your yearbook. All you have to do for these are place them on the page, drop in your photos and add your own text.
Go to the left menu on your ladder and select the Layouts button.
Layouts are sorted by categories and themes so you can find which work best for your vision and can mix and match what you like. You can also search by keyword to find specific style pages like club pages for example.
How to Find Themes
If you want to stick to a specific theme, we have a brand new themes menu to help you find all of the elements from the same theme in one spot.

To locate themes, Click on our Browse Themes button.
