If you prefer creating your yearbook layouts or page designs in Canva, you can easily export them and upload the pages into the Entourage Yearbooks software.

To ensure your pages print correctly, it’s important to use the right dimensions, bleed settings, and file format when exporting.

Here’s how you can export (download) your design from Canva:

1. Open and finish your design in Canva. Make sure your page size matches your yearbook’s layout dimensions. (For example, 8.5” x 11” for standard pages.)

2. Click the Share button in the top-right corner.

3. Select Download.

4. In the download menu:

  • File type – choose from PNG (best for images), JPG (smaller file size), or PDF Standard/Pri

  • Under “Color Profile,” select RGB (not CMYK).

  • Set Crop marks and bleed to ON if your design goes to the edge of the page.
  • Size & quality – adjust resolution or compression if needed.
  • Pages – if your design has multiple pages, choose which ones to export.

5. Click the Download button. The file will prepare and automatically save to your computer, which you can then upload to the designer.

6. Once downloaded, you may upload it inside the edonext designer, or under Upload Pages & Other in your yearbook dashboard.
