Maybe someone saved over someone else's work, or you want to revert the page back to an earlier version

Trying to bring back an older version of your pages? Fear not! There is a way to bring back previously saved versions of a page.

Maybe you need to reset the page because:

  • Someone saved over someone else's work
  • You preferred an older version of the page

Recovering Page Save History

  1. In the page designer of the page you would like to recover. Navigate to the “Page History” button located at the top toolbar of the page designer.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Only Admin status users will have access to this button

  2. Here you can see the saves in our system that you can choose to recover. Recover Saved Pages gives a preview of the last versions of your page, along with your most recent Safety Save version.  Choosing to recover one of these pages will place a previous save on the page and replace your current layout for that page. (Note: Your “Safety Save” version will not give a completely accurate preview.)

3. Click on the version you would like to revert to, and it will be highlighted in blue. You can also select the Safety Save version of your page.

4. Click the blue Recover Pages button, which will appear all the way at the bottom of the Recover Page window.

⚠️ Note: If the page was never saved at all before work was lost, there will not be a safety save version to restore.

⚠️ Note: You can turn on AUTO SAVE by following the steps in this link

⚠️ Note: Once a page is recovered, the action cannot be undone.
