How to Upload Photos and Student Index in EDONext

1. Log In and Go to Manage People Data

Log in to your EDONext account.

In the top navigation menu, click Manage.

From the dropdown menu, select Manage People Data.

This will open the People Data management screen, where you can import or edit records.

2. Upload Your Photos and Index

In the Manage People Data area, click Click Here To Upload Photos and Student Index.

In the Select photo category dropdown, choose People Page Photos.

Click Browse to locate your files (or open the folder on your computer).

3. Upload Your Photos

Select all photos in your folder.

Drag and drop them into the upload area.

The system will upload all selected photos.

A confirmation message will display showing how many images were uploaded.

Click OK after the upload is complete.

4. Upload Your Student Index

After all photos have been uploaded, upload your Student Index file.

Drag and drop the index file into the same upload area used for the photos.

The index file will attach student data (such as names, grade, and teacher) to the uploaded photos.

5. Verify and Confirm the Import

The system will prompt you to map your columns.

Match each column (e.g., First Name, Last Name, Grade, Teacher Name) to the correct field in EDONext.

Confirm that the photo file names exactly match the uploaded photo file names (including spelling and formatting).

Click Confirm to complete the import.
