Overview
You can easily raise your yearbook price to generate extra funds for your school or organization. The additional amount you add becomes profit, which can be used to support your yearbook program, school events, or future activities.

When families buy yearbooks through your online store, the system automatically tracks sales and applies a 3% transaction fee, with local sales tax added when applicable.

Steps to Adjust the Yearbook Price

Go to Your Store Settings
From your dashboard, select Sell > Manage Yearbook Sales > Price and Purchase Deadlines

Find the Product Pricing Section
You’ll see your current yearbook price listed here.

Enter a New Price
Update the price to include your desired profit margin.
Example: If your base book cost is $25 and you’d like to earn $5 per sale, set the price to $30.

Save Your Changes
Click Continue  to apply your new price.
