How to change your People Page text after flowing your pages.

Once your people pages are set, you may want to adjust the text to keep the font and colors consistent throughout your book. You can do this with a single student, an entire grade or even your entire book! You have several formatting options available, including increasing or decreasing the font size, applying bold or italic styles, and changing the text color.

Step 1: Click on any person's text box

Step 2: Find the Quick menu and click on Text Style

Step 3: Choose who you want to change in the “apply to” section

Note: You can apply your changes to everyone in the group, everyone in the book, or everyone in the group on this page if you want to update multiple entries at once. I recommend choosing Apply to everyone in the book to avoid having to go page by page to change the information.

Step 4: Choose a font, size, color, or align option that fits the page to your preference.

Step 5: To Apply Style to save your changes

You will see the information update once you save.

TIP: If you want to change the formatting for people page custom field boxes (Commonly used for student quotes) instead of the names of each student, you can do so in the text style menu as well!
