How to Turn on the Option to Upload Photos on the Link Website and the App

After logging into your account, navigate to the Sell tab at the top of the screen and select Setup LINK from the dropdown menu.

The next step is to enable photo uploads for the Link website. To do this, navigate to the Mobile tab located on the left side of the Setup LINK page and turn on the option that allows users to upload photos.

In this section, please ensure that “Link Site Permissions” is selected and that both “Allow Photo Upload” and “Allow Content Submissions” are checked.

Please note: If you would like to provide users with more limited access, you may leave “Allow Users to Create Photo Categories” unchecked. This will allow them to submit content without creating new categories.

The next thing you want to make sure is that it is all set on the Link website and the options are turned on to upload by clicking on link website URL located in Setup Link.

Note: Anyone who is uploading photos from the link site will need to register for an account first. 

How to upload photos on the LINK website 

Go to your school’s LINK website URL.
Enter the link that was provided to you by your school.

Log in to your account.

If the link does not automatically take you to your school’s page, select the “Search for School” option.

Enter your school’s name and choose it from the list.

Select your school.
Once you are on the correct school page, look for the blue “Upload Photos” button.

Click “Upload Photos.”

If you are not already logged in, the system will prompt you to sign in.

After logging in, you will see a screen with a dropdown menu of available photo categories provided by the school.

Choose a category and upload your photos.

Select the appropriate category from the dropdown menu.

Upload your photos and follow any additional prompts to complete the submission.

Once your upload is complete, your photos will be submitted to the selected category.
