Here are some keyboard shortcuts you can use on a MacBook that are equivalent to their Windows counterparts:

⌘ command = CTRL
 

Copy  - select an object on the page that you wish to make a copy of. 
(CTRL + C)  
⌘ + C

Paste - select a space where you want the copy appear.
(CTRL + V)
⌘ + V



Zoom In - when you want to zoom into your work for finer details
(CTRL + (+) )
⌘ + (+)

Zoom Out - to get back to full page view
(CTRL + (-) )
⌘ + (-) 

Save - to save the work you have done on your book
( CTRL + S) 
⌘ + S


Undo - to undo any changes made
(CTRL + Z)
⌘ + Z










Select all - to select everything that's on the page; can be moved together
(CTRL + A) 
⌘ + A

Windows & Mac: 
ESC: REMOVES A SELECTED INSERT FROM YOUR MOUSE
