All of our deadlines are movable, so if you feel like you are not going to be able to meet your deadline, go to the Manage Account screen when you login to your yearbook project and change your final delivery date. To view and manage your yearbook deadlines, select Manage Deadlines, which can also be found under your Manage tab in the main account dashboard.
Once you have selected Manage Deadlines, a chart listing all of your account deadlines will appear, based on your delivery date.
- Your Initial Deposit will activate your software after page 7.
- Your Cover Submission Deadline is especially important to follow if you have a hard cover or any cover upgrades including, but not limited to: Foil Stamps, Dye-cuts, Embossments and Debossments, or upgraded hardcover materials such as Leatherettes.
- If you plan to request a Proof Book, you will need to complete your request at least two weeks before your Final Approval Deadline.
- Your Final Approval Deadline is when you will need to submit all of the pages and content for your yearbook with the Approval Forms. You can access these forms using the green button Submit My Final Approval, or by selecting Approve For Production, which can be found on your Manage Ladder screen. This deadline is based on your desired delivery date.
Change your Delivery Date
Need to change your Delivery Date? To start, select Manage Account, which can be found under your Manage tab in the main account dashboard.
Once you have selected Manage Account, direct your attention to the section outlined in blue titled Current Book Specs, located on the right hand side of the page.
To change your Delivery Date, enter a new date or click the downward arrow to select your new desired date from the drop-down calendar that appears. Use the left and right arrows to scroll forward and backward by month. Use the double left and right arrows to move forward and backward by year.
To save your changes, please scroll down and select the blue Confirm Account Changes button. This will automatically update your Manage Deadlines page. If your new desired date is within 60 days from today’s date, you may require assistance and approval from your account manager.
