Post Approval Yearbooks Sales

Allow your community to order their yearbooks, at any time.

If you would like to allow people to buy yearbooks after you approve for production, you can now do so. Traditionally when you submit your book project for final approval, it’s required that you put in the total amount of books you would like to order. Now you can set up your LINK account so that anyone can order a single yearbook and have it shipped directly to their home address.

To set up your account for this service, go to the MANAGE tab in your account and select ‘Manage Yearbook Sales‘. Select Set Up Online Sales then scroll down to the bottom where you will see Allow Post Approval Yearbook Sales. Select ‘On’ from the drop-down menu and it will indicate the post approval price for each book.

Post Approval Sales will be available to everyone the day you submit for production.

Books that are sold after approval will be sold at a premium, which means that they will be a higher price than the original price in the online sales form.

Shipping:

Yearbooks ordered by using post approval sales will be shipped directly to the purchaser’s address, NOT to your school. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to put in an accurate address that we can ship to. Shipping charges may apply.

Turning off Post Approval Sales:

If you would like to turn off post approval sales, open the Online Sales form by going to Manage> Manage Yearbook Sales and selecting ‘Set Up Online Sales’. Then scroll down to Allow Post Approval Yearbook Sales and change “ON” to “OFF
