Uploading photos through email is a simple and quick way to get photo submissions from your yearbook community sent directly to categories in your account.
If you would like to upload photos via email, first navigate to Manage Photos, located in the Manage tab of your main account dashboard.
Once you are in Manage Photos, select the blue button Email Photos.
The Email Photos To Your Yearbook window will appear, and you will see that each photo category you have created has it’s own unique corresponding email address. You will send the pictures to the email address for each category to directly upload. You can copy this email address and paste it into the ‘TO” section of an email.
Editing the Photo Category Email Address:
If you would like to create an alias for the email address, so that it does not read “submit+#####”, first select the category for which you would like to change the email address and hit the blue Edit button.
From there, you will be taken to the Edit Photo Category menu. At the bottom of this menu, you will see the option to create an Alias for this photo category. Make sure to click the Save button when you are done creating the alias to apply the change.
To successfully email your photos from your iPhone, open the Photos app. From the app, select the category from your phone where the pictures are located, then tap the Select button in the upper right corner of the screen. Select which photos you would like to upload via email, then click the Upload button in the lower left corner of your screen, which looks like an arrow pointing out of a square.
Once selected, click the Email app logo to start a new email with the photos attached. You’ll input the corresponding email address for the yearbook photo category that you would like to upload the pictures to and then send the email.
Note: Your email service may have a limit to how much data you can send at one time, so you may only be able to send 25 MB of photos per email.
