How can I move multiple frames at once?
To move multiple frames simultaneously, follow these steps:

• Click on the  Cursor  Tab then select the Multi Select Tool

• You can also right click on the page and on the menu select the Multi Select tool

• Click and drag your cursor to create a selection box around the frames you want to move. This will highlight all selected frames. 
• Once selected, click and drag the group into  the row location.
•  Release the mouse to drop the frames in the new position.
