Getting started can be one of the hardest parts of creating a yearbook, so this fall, our SPA design team is here to help! Our SPA team is a specialized team that can help build parts or your entire yearbook for you.

For a limited time, Entourage customers can take advantage of our FREE SPA Treatment and have our designers set up up to 40 pages of your yearbook using your favorite EDONext theme.

You provide the ladder. We provide the layout.

Choose the pages where you need the most help, and our SPA designers will adapt templates from your selected EDONext theme to fit your yearbook ladder. We'll adjust layouts and design elements to work with the sections you have planned, giving your team a cohesive foundation that's ready for your photos, captions and memories.

Our SPA team will follow up with additional information and send you the SPA Theme Selection Form so you can select your theme and tell us which pages you'd like help setting up.

Your completed Theme Selection Form must be submitted by October 15, 2026 to remain eligible for the promotion.

Your SPA Treatment Includes:

• Up to 40 pages of your choice
• Your choice of an existing Entourage yearbook theme
• Theme templates adapted to fit your yearbook ladder
• A cohesive design foundation for your team to build upon

The SPA Treatment covers theme and layout setup only. Photo placement, content entry, custom theme/cover creation and additional SPA design services are not included. Additional SPA services are available separately.

Promotion Timeline

October 1, 2026: Opt-In Deadline

Customers must email spa@entourageyearbooks.com to let know that they would like to participate in The SPA Treatment promotion by October 1.

October 15, 2026: Theme Selection Form Deadline

Participating customers must complete and submit the SPA Theme Selection Form by October 15.

The form will collect the information SPA needs to begin the project, including:

• Selected Entourage theme
• Yearbook ladder
• Up to 40 pages the school would like SPA to set up
• Any additional information needed to understand the purpose of the selected pages

Customers who opt in but do not submit the completed SPA Theme Selection Form by October 15 will lose eligibility for the promotion.

What's Included

The SPA Treatment includes:

• Setup of up to 40 pages of the school's choice
• Selection of an existing Entourage yearbook theme
• Review of the school's yearbook ladder
• Selection of appropriate existing theme templates for the requested pages and sections
• Adaptation and customization of theme templates to fit the school's ladder
• Adjustments to layouts and page structure based on the intended purpose of each selected page or spread
• Use of coordinating theme fonts, colors, backgrounds, graphics and design elements
• A cohesive design foundation that the advisor and yearbook staff can continue throughout the rest of the book

Once complete, the selected pages will be ready for the school to add its photos, copy and other yearbook content.

What's Not Included

The SPA Treatment focuses specifically on theme setup and layout. It does not include:

• Photo placement
• Caption, name or copy entry
• Roster or people-data placement
• Creation of a completely custom yearbook theme
• Custom cover design 
• Ongoing design or layout work after the promotional setup is complete
• Additional pages beyond the promotional limit

Photo placement, additional design assistance and other SPA services are still available as separately billed services at the standard SPA rate.
