If a teacher is flowing into the student portrait spots along with the class, it usually means the teacher is incorrectly listed with the class in Manage People Data.

To fix this:

• Go to Manage > Manage People Data.
• Click on the teacher’s name to edit their information.

  

• In the pop-up window, check the Department field.
• If it says Faculty (or any other value), delete the text and leave the field blank.
• Click the blue Save button. 

  

• Your data will refresh automatically. The teacher will remain in your People Data, but will no longer be tied to the class. This ensures that only the students flow into student portrait spots.
• You can clear the people page and reflow to ensure the teacher and students flow in the correct spot.
• Click the People menu, press Clear Left/Clear Right People and flow the group again.
