A People Page is different from a regular page because the photo frames and text boxes on it are data-linked—not just placeholders.

Here’s how it works:

  • Data-Linked Frames
  1. Each frame on a People Page is tied to a unique number in the system.
  2. This is what allows the program to automatically place students in alphabetical order, even when a class or grade spans across multiple pages.
  • Frame Order Matters
  1. If the frames are accidentally moved out of order or tagged incorrectly, the system won’t flow students properly.
  2. Always keep frames in their correct sequence to avoid missing or misplaced students.
  • Index Connection
  1. The information displayed in a People Page comes directly from the index you uploaded.
  2. If the index has mistakes (such as misspelled names, wrong grades, or missing photos), those errors will also appear on the page once the data flows.
  • Check the People Data
  1. If the frames look correct but the students are still not showing up properly, double-check your Manage People Data section.
  2. Issues in the data (such as unmatched names, duplicate entries, or missing information) can cause errors when populating the page.

✅ In short: A People Page works because its frames are data-driven. Correct frame order + accurate index + clean People Data = properly flowing students.
