If your school or organization has earned a credit balance through Entourage Yearbooks, congratulations! Now the big question: When will that check show up? Here’s what you need to know to make sure your funds get to the right place, right on time.

📝 First Things First: Fill Out the Verification Form

Before any payment can be released, Entourage needs a completed verification form. This isn’t just paperwork, it’s a security step to make sure your check goes to the right person or organization.

• Fill out the form as thoroughly as you can.
• Double-check for missing info, incomplete forms will be paused until someone from the team can follow up.
• The sooner you submit, the sooner your request gets in line for processing.

📆 How Often Are Checks Sent?

Profit checks are processed quarterly, and they’re handled in the order received. So if you’re hoping for a speedy turnaround, don’t wait to submit your form.

If no request is submitted, your credit will automatically roll over to next year’s account, no check will be issued unless you ask for it.

👤 Want the Check Made Out to an Individual?

If you’re requesting the check to be issued to a person (instead of the school or organization), you’ll need to submit a completed W9 form for that individual. It’s a legal requirement, and it helps Entourage stay compliant with tax regulations.
