💸 Wondering When Your Profit Check Will Arrive?

If your school or organization has earned a credit balance through Entourage Yearbooks, congratulations! Now the big question: When will that check show up? Here’s what you need to know to make sure your funds get to the right place, right on time.

📝 First Things First: Fill Out the Verification Form

Before any payment can be released, Entourage needs a completed verification form. This isn’t just paperwork, it’s a security step to make sure your check goes to the right person or organization.

• Fill out the form as thoroughly as you can.
• Double-check for missing info, incomplete forms will be paused until someone from the team can follow up.
• The sooner you submit, the sooner your request gets in line for processing.

📆 How Often Are Checks Sent?

Profit checks are processed in the order that verified requests are received and are typically distributed on the following dates:

• January 30
• April 30
• July 30
• October 30

Once processed, please allow 5 to 10 business days for checks to be delivered to the mailing address on file.

If a request is not received on behalf of your school or organization, any credit balance will automatically roll over to the following year’s account.

👤 Want the Check Made Out to an Individual?

If you’re requesting the check to be issued to a person (instead of the school or organization), you’ll need to submit a completed W9 form for that individual. It’s a legal requirement, and it helps Entourage stay compliant with tax regulations.
