If you see doubled or duplicate names on your People Page, the issue is usually with the tagging of the name frames. 

Here’s how to fix it:

Step 1: Check the Name Frame Tagging

• Click directly on the name frame that’s showing incorrectly.
• Right-click and select Properties.
• Look at the profile position (tag).

Step 2: Match the Name Frame to the Photo Frame

• Make sure the photo frame and the name frame are tagged with the same profile position.
• If they don’t match, the system will think they belong to two different people and may duplicate names. Once you update the profile position the names should be correct, if not, reflow them.

Step 3: Reflow the People

Once the frames are tagged correctly, clear the page by going to People > Clear Left People or Clear Right People.

Reflow the people onto the page again.

The duplicates should now be gone.

✅ Tip: Always double-check frame order and tagging before flowing. Even one mismatched tag can cause duplicate names or photos to appear.
