Yearbook Protection Program YPP
Protect your yearbook purchase for years to come.
What is the Yearbook Protection Program?
A small add-on at checkout that protects the yearbook a parent just bought. If the book is ever lost or damaged, or they just want a second copy, they can order one reprint of that exact book at any time in the next 20 years.
How much does it cost?
$2.95, $4.95 or $7.95, depending on the book's price: $2.95 for books up to $20, $4.95 for books up to $50, and $7.95 for books above $50.
Is there a charge when the reprint is ordered?
Yes. The reprint fee is $9.00, plus shipping and tax, paid when the reprint is ordered.
Is it added to every order automatically?
The box is ticked by default once the parent buys a book. A parent who doesn't want it unticks the box, and nothing is added.
Who can buy it?
Parents buying an Entourage Direct yearbook on LiNK.
A parent bought two copies on one line. Are both protected?
No. A protection covers one book line, whatever the quantity, so it gives one reprint.
Can it be used more than once?
No. Each protection covers one reprint, and a reprint can't be protected again. Any further copies are normal purchases.
Where does a customer go to order the reprint?
link.entourageyearbooks.com/reprint. The link is at the end of the order receipt and on the Track Order page.
Can the student use it, or only the parent?
Either. The parent enters the order number and the email address from the receipt. The student, even years later without the receipt, picks the school and the yearbook and enters their first and last name as it was given on the order.
Can a reprint ship to the school?
No. Reprints ship home only, and checkout offers only home shipping.
Do coupons work on the program or the reprint?
No coupon applies to either, including 100%-off codes. Other items in the same cart still take the coupon.
Can a parent cancel?
Yes, for a full refund within 30 days.
Does a reprint count toward school funds?
No. It counts as a post-approval book sale in reports.
