Yearbook Pricing and Fee Overview - Full Transparency
Table of Contents
At Entourage, we believe planning a yearbook should be simple. Advisors, teachers and parent volunteers have enough on their plates without decoding an invoice or finding an unexpected charge at the end of the year. That's why we've put every fee in one place, written in plain language: what it is, when it applies, who pays it, and how to avoid it. We also include every discount available to you, so you can make the choices that save your school the most. If something here isn't clear, your account manager is always happy to walk you through it.
LiNK Store Fees & Add-Ons
LiNK is the online store where parents buy yearbooks, ads, upload photos, etc.
Your Yearbook Price and School Profit
Your yearbook price is made up of two parts:
Your cost per book: what Entourage charges your school for each yearbook. This is set in your yearbook agreement, based on your page count, cover type, quantity and any upgrades.
Your selling price: the price families pay. Your school sets this in your LiNK store.
The difference between the two is your school's profit..
Online Service Fee (starting November 2, 2026)
Schools now keep 100% of online yearbook sales. Entourage no longer deducts the 3% online sales fee from your school's earnings. Instead, parents see a small online service fee at checkout.
- One fee per order, not per book.
- The fee is based on the yearbook subtotal after discounts, including personalization.
- Other add-ons, tax and shipping don't count toward the fee tier.
Already had the 3% waived? If your school had an open store with the 3% online sales fee waived, you're grandfathered in: your parents won't be charged the service fee for the 2026-2027 school year. Your school will switch to the service fee model for the 2027-2028 school year.
Yearbook Protection Plan (YPP)
YPP is optional protection that lets a family get a replacement copy of their yearbook if it's lost or damaged. It's a one-time cost upfront, and each plan covers one discounted yearbook reorder. YPP does not include replication of specialty covers.
- Optional: YPP is selected by default at checkout. Parents can uncheck it if they don't want it.
- Reprint cost: A $9 reprint fee, plus shipping and tax, is due when the reprint is ordered. The YPP cost at checkout is not included in the $9 reprint fee.
- How to request: Go to link.entourageyearbooks.com/reprint.
- Available any time: Reprints can be requested even after the school stops selling that year's book. Use the original order details, or find the book by school, year and student name as it appeared on the order.
- 30-day refund: Cancel within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Other LiNK Add-Ons
Make each yearbook one of a kind. Parents can add these at checkout.
Personalization Foil
- Your student’s name stamped on the front cover in gold or silver foil, for a lasting, professional finish.
- Only available during checkout with a yearbook purchase.
- Recommended for hard or softcover books.
- Not available with certain production upgrades or late book orders.
Name Plates
- A personalized name plate with your student’s name, added to the book so everyone knows whose it is. Each plate has a strong adhesive on the back that you can peel and stick anywhere to the book.
- Available during checkout with a yearbook purchase or as a separate item.
- Recommended for hard cover books only.
Personalized Pages
- An extra 2-page spread printed only in your student's copy. Add your own photos, a message from family, or memories from the year.
- A fundraising opportunity: Schools can set their own sale price for Personalized Pages in their store and keep the difference.
- Not available with late book purchases.
- Can't be combined with production upgrades: printed endsheets, inside printing, personalization foil, specialty covers (such as foil or spot UV), individual shipping, dynamic covers or Smythe sewn binding.
Late Book Orders
Missed the deadline? Parents can still buy a yearbook after the school has approved its final book and the original order has gone to print. These are late book orders.
- Each late book is printed on its own and shipped directly to the student's home, so individual shipping ($9.95 per book) applies.
- Late book price: Because each late book is printed one at a time, it costs more than a book ordered before the deadline. The minimum late book price is your school's highest yearbook price plus 25%, plus a $1.50 surcharge. If the yearbook is priced under $20, the minimum late book price is $24.00.
- Production or specialty cover upgrades are not available with late book orders.
- Schools do not profit from these orders.
- Late book sales must be enabled in the school's yearbook account to activate.
- 4-week turnaround time. Books do not start production until the school's bulk order is delivered.
