Steps to Change Permissions 💡 Tip:

Overview
In Entourage Yearbooks, you can manage what each staff member can see or do in your project by adjusting their permissions. These controls help advisors maintain oversight while still allowing team members to collaborate efficiently on specific tasks.

Steps to Change Permissions

Go to Manage Users
From your yearbook dashboard, click Manage > Manage Permissions.
You’ll see a list of everyone with access to your project.

Set User Permissions
You can change the settings below to change what an Editor or Staff Member can see and not see when they log into your yearbook account. As an administrator you have access to all features.

Save Changes
Click Update Permissions to apply the new permission settings.

💡 Tip:

If a staff member reports they can’t access the yearbook through the mobile app, confirm their role is set to Editor or Administrator. Also, make sure photo upload permissions are enabled under Sell > Setup LINK > Mobile Settings.
