Your Account Overview page gives you a snapshot of your school’s yearbook project. It displays key information such as your deadlines, order totals, invoices, and submission status helping advisors and administrators stay organized throughout the production process.

This page is your starting point for managing your project, checking progress, and ensuring your yearbook stays on schedule.

What You’ll Find on the Account Overview Page

• Project Summary

Displays your school name, project year, and current status (e.g., In Progress, Proofing, or Submitted).

Use this section to quickly confirm you’re working on the correct yearbook.

• Important Dates

Shows your book submission and delivery deadlines.

If your deadline has passed, contact Entourage Support to request an extension or adjustment.

• Order Summary

View the number of books sold through your online store and manual sales.

Helps you track your total quantity ordered and remaining inventory.

• Invoices and Payments

Review your current balance, recent payments, or purchase orders.

Click View Invoice for a detailed breakdown of charges.

• Approval and Submission Status

Shows whether your project is ready for production or still in editing.

To Locate:

• Login to your account
• Go to Dashboard
• Select a Yearbook under My Projects
