1. To keep track of your online sales, go the ‘Manage’ tab on your top tool bar and select Manage Yearbook Sales
2. Click the blue ‘Track Yearbook Sales’ button
- Track Sales. This let’s you see a complete list of all online and in school orders, as well as a total of how many books were sold and how much revenue you have collected.
- Online Sales Results. This gives a summary of all yearbook sales made online, including upgrades and shipping fees.
- In-School Sales Results allows you to track in-school sales by creating entries of each sale. It also provides a summary of the total number of books sold in-school and the total amount collected.
- Total Sales provides the total quantity of books sold as well as the total amount collected.
- Track eYearbook Sales. This portion lists down all e-yearbook sales with all the details such as quantity, order ID, the name of the person who bought it, etc.
- Download Spreadsheet of Yearbook Sales allows you to download an Excel spreadsheet of all your yearbook sales
