All of our customers are welcome to use our online ad sales system!
There is a 3% transaction fee for all Ad Sales that come through our credit card system. 

Funds are not available to be used for the 1st or 2nd installment invoices.  Ad sales funds can be used for final payment or can be refunded to the school after the yearbooks are delivered.  (Allow 6 to 8 weeks to process the check from the delivery date). 

For refunds, there is a $4 service fee for any ad sales order that is received that requires a refund. 

Yearbook Store Policies & Procedures for LiNK
We provide, as a service, the opportunity for schools and organization to sell their yearbook via our online store.  The Yearbook store LiNK is specifically designed to make it easy, flexible and secure to sell your yearbook and yearbook ads. 

Online Store Services
LiNK provides all the tools you need to successfully manage your yearbook sales.  Through your online yearbook account you can:

  • Setup the yearbook price via the store, update the product description, change the photo icon for your yearbook, and set the delivery options.
  • Setup your yearbook’s price (in case you’d like to sell it above or below the contract prices with us) and the purchase deadline.
  • View orders in real-time to see who has purchased yearbooks and how many total yearbooks have been sold.
  • Payments are securely received via 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure the highest level of payment security.
  • Customers who purchase yearbooks will receive an email receipt for any purchase made online as well as have the ability to check on their order status via our store’s online “Check Order Status” features.
  • Schools have the option to turn on additional required fields such as “Student Name”, “Grade”, etc. in case they need additional information for distributing the yearbook.
  • All schools have the option to provide the opportunity for students to upgrade their yearbook with many yearbook upgrade options.  These yearbook upgrades are selected by the purchaser and include personalizing the yearbook with the student name, additional autograph pages, etc.

Service Fees
There is a 3% transaction fee deducted from the total revenue collected for all online yearbook and ad sales. This fee is solely to cover our credit card processing costs.

Terms & Conditions
Current customers can automatically sign up to use LiNK and sell their yearbooks for a price of their choosing (see fees above). Schools who use the Yearbook store:

  • Will receive a credit towards their final invoice for all yearbook sales.
  • Cannot use the credit from online sales to pay the initial deposit requirements.
  • Any funds/credits left-over from yearbook sales after the account is fully paid can be either applied to the school’s yearbook account for the following year or can be refunded.*
  • All customers using the yearbook store must comply with all security standards and requirements.
  • We  reserve the right to turn off any store that does not comply with LiNK store policies and procedures.

* Schools that are contracted for multiple projects, must apply credit to the next year’s project.
* All checks for this surplus are sent 6 to 8 weeks after the final delivery of the yearbook.
