Troubleshooting Continued

So you tried everything in “Troubleshooting EDOnline” and you are still having problems loading the designer or photos… We are here to help!

Let’s go through some common issues, if photos are not loading…

First, try copying and pasting the two URLs below in new tabs in your browser.
URL: https://photos.entourageyearbooks.com/appservices/EDOImage.asp?img=[EDOPHOTO]-50486360
URL: http://photos.entourageyearbooks.com/appservices/EDOImage.asp?img=[EDOPHOTO]-50486360

When you load these two URLs you should see the image below:

This indicates that the URL that access the photos for your yearbook is NOT blocked.

If you see this:

This means that the URL is being blocked by your school network or personal antivirus software. Please try adding these white labels to the school’s firewall. Verify that these URLs are not being blocked by the school network.

If you’re on a personal computer, try temporarily disabling your antivirus to see if that is blocking it. Then you can add the URLs to the antivirus settings.

If you’re on a MAC, sometimes there are browsing restrictions that are enabled. You can try accessing the settings and enabling the URLs by following the steps below.

1. Go to Apple menu > System Preferences > Parental Controls.

2. Apple has some documentation on Parental Controls here, which includes the picture below: see the “Allow access to only these websites” button.
