Let your school's yearbook advisor know you're relocating and would like your yearbook mailed.

 

2. Share Your New Address

Provide your full name, grade, and complete mailing address. Include a contact email or phone number.

 

3. Confirm Shipping Details

Ask if mailing is available and whether any postage fees apply.

 

4. Submit Your Request

Follow the advisor’s instructions to finalize your request. Double-check your address before submitting.
